  5. Respected sir,
I have all educational certificates in my name 'JANI MARGKUMAR JITENDRABHAI'.Then I changed my name to 'JANI MARG JITENDRABHAI' (removed 'KUMAR' from my name) by publishing it in concerned govt. gazette and i received the copies of the same. But,my problem is that my father's name in all his documents is 'JANI JITENDRAKUMAR' (which is his true name). Moreover,my name in birth certificate is 'MARG' and father's name is 'JITENDRAKUMAR'(which is his true name).

So,I need your assistance for this name mess.

P.S : Presuming you know about the suffixes like 'KUMAR' and 'BHAI' in Gujarati(india) names.

  18. Dear Sir, I intend to change my wife name as BHAVANI instead of ESWARAMMA, since my wife parents have told at the time marriage her nick name as ESWARAMMA, accordingly I given her name in my office as Eswaramma. Also she is having EPIC & AADHAR as BHAVANI. How can I change her name as BHAVANI in office records and what is procedure, kindly let me know the information for changing of her name in our office records.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If your wife AADHAR is having her name as BHAVANI you submit this as a proof and change her name in office records as BHAVANI if office agrees
otherwise the proper procedure is publish in gazette the name change saying because of marriage her name is changed from ESWARAMMA TO BHAVANI after publishing submit copy of gazette to office and they will change your wife name in office records.
this legal and they have to agree for this

As an illustration, the percentage of Buddhists globally is decreasing due to their low average reproduction rate, and the number of Christians in the United States and Western Europe is decreasing as more individuals renounce organised religion.
